BARRY RYAN
Barry Ryan is a policy analyst in the areas of public finance, economic development, and agriculture. His job is to improve public policy by providing decision makers with relevant empirical information. He has 20 years of experience in research design, data analysis, and reporting on policy issues for government, private and non-profit organizations. Barry earned a bachelors degree in agricultural economics and masters degree in public finance from the University of Minnesota, Department of Applied Economics, where he worked as a research fellow until July 2006. Barry is currently a private consultant living in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
